Mix'd Roots Fruit Infusions
Infusions are developed in a unique method with no additives or preservatives; it’s just premium fruits and spices hand-picked, naturally dried, and carefully bottled to enjoy at home.
Mix'd Roots fruit infusions include pre-measured ingredients in a 16oz or 32oz jar, infusion suggestions and direction.
Suggested alcohol can be found on the bottle label, website product pages and "Find Your Infusion" link.
We also believe infusions are a combination of personal taste. We encourage creativity and craft. Add your favorite spirits.
We suggest adding 12oz of alcohol to 16oz jar to make a minimum of 8 drinks, and 23oz of alcohol to 32oz jar to make a minimum of 16 drinks.
For more drinks in both 16oz and 32oz, fill to the rim. For stronger flavor add less.
We suggest a minimum of 3 days. The longer you allow the infusion to sit, the stronger the flavor. If longer than 3 days, we recommend tasting along the way to find your desired strength. Do not exceed more than two weeks.
Before infusion Mix'd Roots jars can be stored in cool, dry place. Once alcohol is added, store in the refrigerator.
Unopened jars last up to one year if stored in a cool, dry place.
Infusions last up to 30 days in the refrigerator. We suggest storing infused alcohol alone for a longer time by straining and removing fruits and solid spices.
You can infuse a second time with the same ingredients, but it won’t be as flavorful. Check out our refill kits if you’re interested in trying a new flavor (or more of the same).
Mix'd Roots mixes are intended for infusion purposes only. We do not recommend them as snacks.
